    The Training Details

    Join me live on Saturday 22nd February at 9AM GMT for a LIVE online training session.

    This will be a practical session where you will do a juicy yoga practice designed to get you flexible, FAST using the 3-part flexibility method:

    ✅ Passive stretching

    ✅ Active stretching

    ✅ Strength building

    I promise that you'll notice the difference in your flexibility from the beginning to the end of the session and it's just the start!


    This training is open to all - including complete yoga beginners. You just need a desire to improve your flexibility!

    Hi, I'm Hannah

    I'm a yoga teacher and founder of Worker Bee Yoga - the community for busy people who don't consider themselves to be the "yoga type".

    I am naturally very inflexible, in fact I have a genetic condition called hereditary spastic paraplegia which has inspired me to go deep into the science of flexibility.

    My Yoga For Flexibility Training is your chance to experience the simple techniques that transformed my flexibility —and can do the same for you.
